Top Hog BBQ was created to fill a void of good slow
cooked bbq that was tender and not dried out in central IL. What started as a hobby and cooking for family events
10 years ago, has become a tradition in the family. Our mouth-watering slow
smoked meats paired with fresh made sides is sure to be the talk of any party or
event. We travel the region through-out the summer and you will probably see us
out at your favorite summer event. Just follow the smell of that smokey bbq!
